The TBA Code of Banking Practice is under process. The main
objective of the code is to formulate and maintain high standards
of good banking practice. All banks subscribing to this code
will undertake to adhere to the provisions of the code when
dealing with their customers in the United Republic of Tanzania.
Contents
The TBA Code of Banking Practice comprises of the objectives
of the code, types of services offered by banks, details of
key commitments, confidentiality and protection and dispute
resolution process.
